For any question related to privacy, data protection or the exercise of rights, you may write to hablamos@nauticcore.com or use the official contact channels published on this site.
Purpose and legal basis
We process data to answer information requests, prepare demonstrations, send proposals, coordinate meetings, manage commercial conversations and, where applicable, administer the contractual and support relationship arising from the services provided.
The legal basis for processing may be pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and, where appropriate, consent granted for specific purposes.
Data categories and retention
Processed data may include name, company, role, email address, telephone number and any other information voluntarily shared during commercial or technical communications.
Information will be kept for as long as necessary to handle the request, manage the professional or contractual relationship and comply with applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, it will remain duly blocked only for the legally required limitation periods.
Recipients, transfers and rights
As a general rule, data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or necessary for the provision of technology, infrastructure, email, hosting or support services, always under the relevant contractual and confidentiality safeguards.
If providers located outside the European Economic Area are used, NauticCore will apply the appropriate safeguards required by data protection law.
Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and may withdraw consent where applicable, by writing to hablamos@nauticcore.com. If they believe the processing does not comply with applicable law, they may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
